Angie Taylor believes you’ve lost sight of what real wellness feels like. After 25+ years searching for the answer to her own body weight challenges, Angie chose to ditch diets and live in wellness daily.. It's time to repair your relationship with food, exercise, and yourself because DIETS DON'T WORK! 

Angie knows from personal experience that diets don't work. Dieting is the reason she now has more weight than ever before to release. She was filled with despair and self loathing. She hated who she saw in the mirror. 

In 2009, Angie read Naturally Thin by Jean Antenello. It planted a seed and she attempted to break what's referred to in the book as the Feast-or-Famine Cycle. It was challenging and impossible. Angie had no support and was not emotionally strong enough to withstand the “no-no” foods mostly because they also happen to be the social foods, such as hamburgers, fries, chips, cake, candy, ice cream, etc. She gave up….

In the fall of 2013, Angie found the book Intuitive Eating. It was VERY MUCH like Jean’s book with a few adjustments. Instead of being given lists of foods to enjoy and lists of foods to avoid at all costs, the authors, Evelyn Tribole and Elaine Rausch, understood that doing so was part of the problem. Angie enjoyed reading every word of Intuitive Eating so much that it led her to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. That decision has changed her life in some really big ways. 

Has Angie lost weight? Some. She has discovered that wellness is about more than losing excess weight. The hardest part of the journey is the healing that has to take place within while living in a world that continues to push weight loss programs as the holy grail to health and well-being. 

Angie's personal mantra has become Wellness NOT Weight Loss. 

If you are ready to be in a state of healing, then remember that healing takes time. We are taught that emotional and mental healing take far longer than physical healing. Angie has learned this is also not true.

In August 2016, Angie stumbled upon Aroma Freedom. Aroma Freedom is an aromatherapy tool you can use to eliminate emotional eating once and for all. Aroma Freedom is an aromatherapy tool you can use to get over whatever obstacles keep you from loving and caring for yourself. ALL weight issues can be tracked back to personal beliefs that keep you stuck in a loop and Aroma Freedom is one of the best ways you can disrupt those personal beliefs. 

Angie takes her clients through a non-diet approach to wellness because there is more to wellness than just exercise and body weight. She uses aromatherapy, journaling and coaching to guide her clients along the path to true wholistic wellness in all areas of life, which includes:
